TERMS OF SERVICE

Guaranteed Installation service
ALL of our service persons are certified electronics technicians and all installers have been trained following all TIA 568-A Standards for Light Commercial & Residential Cable Installations.
Once installation is complete we perform a full system test with the owner
present to insure reliable function of your new system. Snider Communications will recommend that you submit all necessary warranty
information, these warranties will cover all materials used in
the installation. If any problem arises within the first 30 days of service
we return free of charge to replace any defective components.
Priority Return Service
Fully Insured and ALL of our service persons are certified electronics
technicians. Standard with any installation you receive from Snider
Communications is our 30 Day Priority Return Service. If anything goes wrong
with your system within 30 days of completion we treat any call from your
company as an Emergency Service Call, with 24 hour access to our technicians
and On Call Service. This service is in addition to all of the standard
manufacturers warranties your are entitled to.
Guaranteed Return Service
While we prefer that you purchase a service contract for your own protection
when you buy any type of expensive electronics, Snider Communications does
not require one for the service and upkeep of any system we install. Our
core team of trained technicians are native to the area and will always be
glad to service any device that we have installed.
Service and Maintenance Contracts
Along with our Guaranteed Service we also offer a wide variety of service and
maintenance agreement options. Guaranteed Service for the life of your
system. From simple month to month repair service to longer more
comprehensive service and maintenance contracts, we can plan a service
contract that meets your needs and your budget.
System Installation Disclaimer
All Labor is non refundable. Warranty exists for hardware defect purposes
only. All hardware found to be defective will be replaced at no cost. If
system or installed devices fail due to defective hardware a technician will
be dispatched for free service call.
