Call to Schedule an appointment, standard service can be scheduled
within 3-7 business days(calls are taken on a first come first serve basis).
At the arranged time a certified technician will come to your home
or office to troubleshoot and repair your computer problem.
Calls can be scheduled for Mon-Sat , 7am-7pm
First Hr. $55.00 - $35.00 Each Add.
*Minimum One Hour Billing on Standard Service Calls.

Priority Service Call
Commercial Establishments in the Greater Pittsburgh area
can use our 24 hour priority services. Call before 3pm EST
to schedule for a next day service call. Within 24 hours
a technician will come to your home or office to troubleshoot
and repair your computer, network or telephone problem.
Calls can be scheduled for Mon-Sat , 7am-7pm
Two Hours on Site Service: $140.00
Each Add. Hour after first two: $35.00

Some computer upgrades may seem simple but sometimes
it is best to have an expert come to your home or office and
insure proper operation. We can come to your
home or office for routine computer set ups,
computer moves and peripheral device upgrades.

In Shop Repair
Some computers and other electronic devices may require
bench work at our shop. If this situation occurs the
device will be removed and repaired at shop rates and
returned. The return of repaired devices is free
of charge when removed during repair service.
In Shop Repair Rates: $25.00
* All service and repair calls taken in the order they are received.
* Billing begins at arrival and billed in hourly increments. No Exceptions.
* Service call time Does Not include parts, prices are for labor only.
